Comedy Tennis Show

Wimbledon comes to your event with a pristine court, dead posh umpire and highly strung player looking to take on all comers.

Comedy tennis show at Glastonbury

A hilarious but thrilling "one setter" is played out live before an enraptured crowd with all the drama of the real thing including slow motion replays, heated line calls and live commentary.

Members of the audience in full costume play the parts of the challenger, ball boys and girls, physiotherapists, and even royalty for the grand finale trophy presentation.

This is an original fun instilation to bring colour, comedy and interaction to festivals, city centres and sporting events. It works particularly well when given pre-publicity through local press - who are usually keen to run a story about a live tennis match on the high street.

Yeah, but what really happens?

Our tennis player plays a game of tennis with a member of the audience. The set up to the match involves training two ball boys / girls, dressing the volunteer in a tennis costume, and appointing a 'Duke and Duchess' of Kent who present the prizes at the end.

The actual match is interspersed with tantrums from the 'star' player and slow motion replays (the umpire does this using a a ball on a really long pole!). The umpire with a really posh voice does a comic commentary throughout and inerviews the players, ball boys / girls and royalty at the end.

Wth on site vehicle access and one steward to help we can set up / break down in 10 minutes.
