Experience street magic as never before with David Paine...

'Top’ street magician David Paine and his long-suffering cameraman Barry bring magic and glamour to your event

David performs feats of spoon bending and telepathy that defy the laws of nature (and many trades descriptions laws!), while Barry brings out some Oscar winning performances from the crowd.

For the grand finale David stays handcuffed in a locked mailbag, without food or water, for 44 seconds before escaping in the spectacular trick... 'Below the Behind'.

 

Yeah, but what really happens?

David circulates performing Tommy Cooper style spoof magic and mind reading whilst taking himself completely seriously. Barry the camera man tries to 'film' material for a street magic show, involving the audience, directing them, re-shooting scenes and trying to keep the prima donna magician in control.

Normally what happens is we perform 3 or 4 ten minute pieces to small to medium sized groups, moving on as needed. Great for festivals, outdoor events and table hopping. Can also be performed as a 30 minute cabaret stage show.
